Health and Safety

IM GROUP is committed to providing employees with a work environment that is safe and hazard free. To ensure this we abide by the governmental standards, as outlined in the countries, where we operate eg, EEC safety standards. Additionally, we constantly monitor and upgrade our equipment and machinery to align with certifications such ISO.

Our HR Department employs the SGSL system with all H&S procedures for annual internal audit.

CSR Activities

IM GROUP is currently forming a foundation, to be formalised by end 2021. This will have two scopes;

1. to bring social activities to members of the local communities where we operate globally (CSR plan),
2. to offer career development and growth opportunities to the youth of local communities where we operate globally (as part of our sustainability plan).

IM GROUP has already started in this mission by engaging in several CSR activities; from conducting workshops with children with special needs, in Southeast Asia, to sponsoring youth activities like skate park in Italy. Also in the planning is sponsorship of physically disabled sports activities.
