IM GROUP is committed to ensuring sustainable ethical principles and a safe work environment.
We are partnering with international consultants, to further our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability practices, to ensure alignment with the United Nations' Global Compact.
The project is called “Road to Growth” and defines a plan outlining economic, social and environmental objectives, with any corrective actions to be taken, in line with our company strategy.
Our aim is to reduce the current resources we use, and the waste that we create, to conserve resources and help reduce environmental pollution.

IM GROUP is committed to providing employees with a work environment that is safe and hazard free. To ensure this we abide by the governmental standards, as outlined in the countries, where we operate eg, EEC safety standards. Additionally, we constantly monitor and upgrade our equipment and machinery to align with certifications such ISO.
Our HR Department employs the SGSL system with all H&S procedures for annual internal audit.
IM GROUP, and its sub brands, is an equal opportunities employer committed to providing employees with a work environment that is safe, hazard free and characterised by respect and the fair treatment of individuals.
Training is regularly provided to employees, on topics relevant to our activities. To promote skills development these include initiatives like IMPaCT (Partner Collaboration Training program), where we invite industry leaders to share their expertise.
IM GROUP Foundation
IM GROUP is currently forming a foundation, to be formalised by end 2021. This will have two scopes;
to bring social activities to members of the local communities where we operate globally (CSR plan),
to offer career development and growth opportunities to the youth of local communities where we operate globally (as part of our sustainability plan).
IM GROUP has already started in this mission by engaging in several CSR activities; from conducting workshops with children with special needs, in Southeast Asia, to sponsoring youth activities like skate park in Italy. Also in the planning is sponsorship of physically disabled sports activities.
